Hi, there are different types of budget accommodation to consider. Backpacker hotels charge from US$1 a night, there are budget hotels from US$33 a night depending on location, there are also 3-star hotel that charges from US$55 a night.
Check out travel websites for deals and bargains, like Lonely Planet. You can get quite good info and even deals from sponsored sites. depends, if you like to stay in hotels, there are 3* hotels. there are also hostels that charge abt 18 to 25 dollars per night. 3 * hotels charge abt 100 bucks.
there are also several budget hotels, hotel81, royal peacock that goes for 60, 70 dollars.

Hi, No, I was in Singapore last month and it was extremly expensive, but it was extremly beautiful. Mabye you should check with a travel agent.
