Oakwood is probably the best (and also most expensive). It's right on top of Glorietta 4, and is close to Greenbelt too.
Prince Plaza II is a condotel right across from Greenbelt 3.

expensive is subjective, if its walking distance from Ayala Center, it must be Intercon, Dusit Hotel Nikko or Shangri-La. Now, ruling out Shang since its abt. PhP 7K/night, u choose between Intercon and Dusit, which is abt 3K-5K/ night buffet breakfast for 2 included. I don't know about condos except the residentials at greenbelt, but there's Oakwood who offers fully furnished business apartments at G4.
If you want a condo just look for AYALA or LPHI
