I need a Japanese Teacher!!? It depends on where you are living.
In Japan there are many places you can go to.
They offer free Japanese lessons in your city.
Just ask at any branch offices. I need a Japanese Teacher!!? As a gaijin who lived in Japan for a while, a couple recommendations:
1) Don't get just any Japanese person . good people to ask are: English teachers (i.e., native-Japanese speaking ones) and modern (not 'kobun') Japanese teachers.
2) Play billiards with Japanese friends and go for karaoke.
3) Try the website http://www.sf.airnet.ne.jp/ts/japanese/
"Teach Yourself Japanese" - it's very good for the basics.

Try the international centre. They often offer cheap/free lessons to foreigners. Also there is a notice board for language exchange. But be careful - Japanese people don't really understand their own languge and rather than tell you they don't know, a lot of them will make something up. I am still trying to resolve bad habits caused by misinformation.
