I want to work for a Chinese company that is willing to pay for my plane tickets for myself and my wife, and provide living accommodations while in China.

A chinese bachelor of IT will be payed about 3000 yuan a month if their lucky. (US$1=8 yuan)
By the time the company pays for your tickets (you and your wifes') that's about 3-4 months wages down the drain, plus you will probably want a salary than 3000 a month. So it will cost them even more, then, do you know Chinese? Because their English might not be good enough to be adle to communicate everything that they want you to do, they would expect you to have a certain level of chinese.

that would be very hard to find.many people in China already know programming and networking.and does not need plane tickets. it would be easier if you live in a country that needs programmers and travel to china often
